Due to Covid 19 pandemic sweets supply is low, hence this year we shall dispatch Haldiram or Bhikaram Chandmal Sweets and Namkeen, as per availability. Both are brands at par. All requisite Safety n Hygiene will be maintained.
Quality concern is the sole responsibility of respective brand owners. If any customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product, they can lodge complaint on them through us. The brand owners will be liable in case of mismatch or default in the product.
Flower Arrangements portrayed on the website are indicative. It may be possible that the product presentation may vary due to non-availability of the ordered Flowers or any other reason beyond our control. Other items like Cycles, Pressure Cooker, T.V. etc. may vary due to out of stock constraints. We reserve the right to alter the items/model etc. however keeping into consideration full or higher value to our customers.
In case the ordered items like Flowers, Mithais, Cakes and other Gift items are not available in the mentioned city or town then we shall replace the aforesaid product with the best quality product of equal value. In all such cases we ensure full or higher value to our customers.
If any order has been booked for Same Day Delivery and problem faced due to the Delivery Destination, then the order will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 business days, excluding the date of order. Holidays may extend it further.
Due to certain unavoidable conditions, delivery of certain products may not be possible. However, 100% refund will be made in all such cases.
If any customer/recipient wishes to lodge a complaint against the quality of product for items delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Redelivery or Refund may be possible as per the nature of the complaint and any decision in this regard will be made by the sole authority of the website.
Delivery may be rescheduled due to unavoidable climatic conditions like Floods/ Heavy Rains or other reasons like Bandh/Strike etc beyond our control.
Under any circumstances no claim of whatsoever nature will be tenable other than the claim of 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
If the customer wants to cancel an order, he needs to do it at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. Only 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.
At the time of Delivery, if the recipient is not available, we shall take the order as delivered. However, before delivery we always try to take appointment over phone.
Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, Watches etc. are normally dispatched thru courier and we do not guarantee exact date and time of delivery.
Price of items subject to MRP restrictions are sold on our website after adding up cost of services, Delivery and online transactions cost. Due to technical restrictions, the detailed distribution could not be presented and are taken to be understood.
Fresh Baked cakes are available 10.30 am onwards from Bakeries. In certain cases you may request to keep the Cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver the next morning. But we don’t suggest this.
Various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark. All Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) items sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic.
Orders (including Midnight Delivery) received after 4 Pm IST shall normally be processed as Next Day order but we shall try our best to deliver it on the Same Day. We would appreciate a phone call after placing of such urgent orders.
We assure guaranteed Delivery on date but we don’t guarantee Delivery on any particular time. Normally, we process the order for Delivery as soon as possible ignoring any specific instruction to deliver on or before particular time given by you. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc that require courier delivery are dispatched from our end well on time. We can be held responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse but do not hold responsibility for delay at the logistic partners end.
The prices quoted at our website are for FREE shipping within the city. Delivery outskirts of city area or to villages and moreover in case of perishable items may demand extra Delivery charge between $1 to $3. After the Delivery we may send you a link to pay this extra Delivery charge, if required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order and assure Delivery on required date.
We, BangaloreOnlineFlorists.com reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases BangaloreOnlineFlorists.com will refund the full amount paid by customer.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Kolkata, India.
In case for a processed or delivered order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. If both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges if any will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.
For International Delivery through courier, extra charges levied by the customs department of the recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.
Complete refund will be made if we are unable to deliver your order. But we will not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
If any problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.
Delivery Destination like Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of Delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. If for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
All Rakhi orders will be delivered prior to the chosen Delivery date.
As per your order we despatch all consignments but we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
