    The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows:

    In case the credit card has not been charged and Flowers/Gifts have not been ordered from our supplier.


    When credit card has been charged and Flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.


    After order for Flowers/Gifts has been placed with the supplier


    After shipment of Flowers/ Gifts from our Office/Shop

    B. If the recipient is not satisfied with the Flowers/Gifts Delivery:
    If the recipient is not satisfied with the Flowers/Gifts delivered due to the quality of product or any other issues, 100% refund will be made subject to the points provided in our Terms & Condition:
    If the recipient refuses to accept the ordered Flowers / Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition. AND The customer writes us an Email stating the reason of dissatisfaction. Kindly give us feedback by mentioning Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form to help us improve our customer service. C. Problems relating to colours or out of stock issues of the ordered Flower/Gift: We reserve the right to substitute the ordered product with another product of the same or higher value, due to various reasons beyond our control. In such case refund request will not be accepted. D. ?Unable to reach the Delivery Destination: If address mentioned in the Delivery information is not accessible or any other reason beyond our control.

  4. If one the aforesaid criteria is met, refund will be carried out within three days. Once the refund is processed successfully, you will receive a refund notification via email. The refund notification has to be kept properly for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
